Types Of Fertilizer
Generally, fertilizers are of five types
-
NPK
-
UREA
-
DAP
-
POTASH
-
SSP

NPK
All plant’s requirements are nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium which is why all these nutrients are mixed in the fertilizer. But other nutrients are also found in other plants, so NPK Fertilizer is specially designed to fulfill the deficiency of NPK in plants.

UREA
Urea provides nitrogen to plants which are essential for plant growth as well as for photosynthesis. This is especially effective for leafy plants, it makes the leaves shiny, which adds to the beauty of both the plant and the garden. When urea is added to the plants, then if the soil is dry then there is no reaction, but if the soil If there is moisture in it, it gets converted into ammonium and carbon dioxide.
Potash
Potash increases the water-holding capacity of plants and it is also useful in increasing the yield of crops. It enhances the texture, taste, and nutritional value of crops. It is soluble in water, so it quickly goes into the soil and starts its action.
