What are the composition of triple superphosphate?

The chemical formula of triple superphosphate fertilizer is Ca(H2PO4)2. H2O.

It contains more than 40 % of Phosphorous. (43-44% P2O5). When it dissolves in water, its phosphorus is negatively charged (-1). Which is easily being absorbed by plant’s root.

Why is it called triple superphosphate and how it is different from Single superphosphate or superphosphate?

So in order to have good agricultural outputs in crops, it is being added as fertilizer during farming. It comes directly in various forms such as Phosphate, Single super phosphate and triple super phosphate and is hugely subsidised by the government for farmers. It also comes mixed with various other fertilizers such as DAP – Di ammonium phosphate.
